Nick Taylor

Nick was previously part of the team as Finance Manager for two and a half years and has taken on the role of MD in January 2010. His 10 years of experience within Hospitality and Finance, coupled with relevant qualifications has given him the right tools to be at the core of the business. After 5 years in London, Nick is happy to be home in Cape Town, and in his spare time he enjoys the odd round of golf and is an avid Sharks supporter!

Eva Bauerrichter

Eva had a brief introduction to the Tourism Industry in 2003 whilst completing her studies at UCT in Organizational Psychology. She then followed her passion for the film industry working on set with her dog and training young starlets. She returned into the tourism pool and joined Nox Rentals in April 2009 as a Guest Relations and Reservations Consultant. She is a very enthusiastic part of the team and makes the office a very fun environment. Eva speaks German fluently, making sure all German guests feel at home in Cape Town.

Tamara O'Keeffe

Tamara has recently joined Nox in an Operations role. She's a team player and goes out of her way to help both clients and colleagues; who enjoy her sense of humour. Coming from a golf tour operator background, she's well acquainted with high-end luxury properties which is why she loves the Nox portfolio. Outside of work she enjoys spa treatments, travelling and the odd adrenaline rush (she lost both shoes skydiving!)

Leonore Venter

Leonore has recently joined the Nox family in a Guest Relations role and loves every second of it. Coming from a tourism background, she is eager to grow her knowledge of the industry. She's an avid diver, who has explored the Atlantic and Indian Ocean. She started out on wrecks and soon moved to shark diving. She's a very talkative and friendly person who will always make time to get to know her guests.

Bianca Maddox

Bianca is one of the newest members to join the Nox team. She moved from Durban to Cape Town to complete her BA Humanities at Stellenbosch University and fell in love with the Western Cape. After travelling and working abroad, she joined Nox to set her roots in the Cape. She enjoys exploring, fine dining and the odd round of golf.

Daniel Caley

Dan joined Nox Rentals in November 2009 to head up the Property Management Division. His adept skills and attention to detail ensures that all of our villas and apartments are keep up to a very high standard and well looked after. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry has ensured that we are able to offer an informed, comprehensive Property Management service which has proved invaluable when taking on daily maintenance as well as medium sized refurbishment projects.

Jeff Simpson

Property Perfectionist

Jeff, an ex-navy seaman and Western Province Table Tennis Champ, has been with Nox Rentals since 2006. He takes care of all the small bits and pieces required in keeping our portfolio in good condition. He is a friendly giant with a great heart, a right hand man to every member of our team. He is our very own Jack of All Trades 

Sandy Chimanda

Property Perfectionist

Sandy has joined our property management division, having spent the last 5 years at a 5 star Guest House as assistant manager. During this time he furthered his education in IT over and above his diploma in Hotel Management and is now skilled in computer and network architecture. Sandy is an enthusiastic delight and will be a fantastic right-hand-man to both Daniel and Jeff in the property management team.

Tamsyn Burt

Tamsyn has recently joined our Accounts Department. Although previously working at the Pro Shop, she is not a very enthusiastic golfer. Her organisational skills and ability to make debits and credits balance has made her a vital addition to the Nox team. She enjoys watersports and horseriding in her free time, and loves a good braai. For any account related queries, you can contact Tamsyn, but she's always willing to jump in and assist with any other matters too.

Celest Lotter

Celest brings with her a vast amount of knowledge, having been in the vacation rentals industry for over 8 years. She started her journey at a five star Guest House in Camps Bay after which she moved to Bloomberg for several years. Celest then joined Cape Town Holiday Villas where she became very well versed in Cape Town vacation rental portfolios. Celest has a very creative side and enjoys reading and writing and is passionate about anything to do with fashion. She is a social media fundi and her strength in sales and networking is a wonderful asset to the Nox family. 

Lee-Anne Abrahams

Lee-Anne recently joined our Sales and Reservations team as a Sales consultant. With over 3 years travel and tour operator experience, she loves the tourism industry and has made the move to the work on vacation rentals. She is the mother of 2, and loves to entertain at her home in Noordhoek. She also enjoys walking on the long Noordhoek beach and reading. Richard Marshall

Founder

After completing his B.Bus.Sci at UCT Richard moved to the UK to pursue a career in investment banking. Three years, and many trips, later his love of Cape Town and the deep blue sea got the better of him, and he returned to South Africa. A little while later Nox Rentals was born. Richard spent 6 years hard at work building the foundations of the business, before handing over the reins to Nick Taylor (our MD). He is no longer involved operationally but is still actively involved strategically.

Richard now spends most of his time working on new projects, but when not hard at work, you'll find him on his surfski, a kiteboard or down by the beach.
