Our philosophy when creating Sevruga was the same as when we create our signature dishes. We used the best possible ingredients, combined with professional and creative suppliers and craftsmen to create a truly amazing space.
Sevruga is the culmination of a lifetime of work and our complete dedication to perfection. Although perfection is like a dangling carrot, within grasp but never quite attained, our dedication to that goal means that we consistenlyt strive to achieve and surpass all expectations of perfection.
The Caviar Restaurant group kitchen's are headed up by executive chef proprietor – Steven Edwards. His culinary influences are influenced by his classical french cuisine training. His meat selection is the perfect mixture of simple perfection, in the Roast Lamb Shoulder and pure genius in the Truffle Fillet, a superbly aged fillet with wild mushroom canneloni, gaufrette potato, truffle salad and port jus.
Steve's menu is complimented by Master Sushi Chef Alan Huang's pacific tasting menu, including delicious dim sum, sushi and tempura dishes.
For Sevruga, the wine selection is as important as the food served, which is why we have over 1500 bottles available for your selection in our custom designed temperature controlled wine wall.
Some of Sevruga's main features include a separate bar and lounge as well as designer bathrooms. The service is relaxed yet professional, whilst the view from both inside the restaurant or whilst outside dining with a world class view from our terrace will simply take your breathe away.
