About Us
Nox Tourism provides a property management service that gives owners of premium property superior returns. We do this by upgrading properties, and focusing on the high-value short term lets segment of the rental market, specifically holiday, corporate and film production lets.
We act as property managers, not agents, and we have exclusive mandates on all the properties listed on this site. This sole mandate agreement gives us the ability to hold live inventory and rapidly respond to all accommodation requests.
We make use of the latest technology to ensure that the owners of our properties get the best possible returns on their investments, and in order to do this we market via a number of channels, including:
- our network or travel agent & tour operators
- our network of letting agents
- an active affiliate scheme
- group based referral marketing in our areas of operation
- GDS (Global Distribution Systems including Galileo, Sabre, Pegasus and Fidelio)
- distressed inventory distribution systems
This emphasis on marketing, together with an excellent administrative infrastructure allows Nox to provide a superior service to our clients.
