This self catering luxury holiday villa is built over two levels; the upper level consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and self catering kitchen area which all opens up on to a large outdoor terrace. This upper level also houses two of the bedrooms (both ensuite). This entire area enjoys views on to the garden and pool area, and to the ocean beyond.

The lower level of the villa is all accommodation. There are four en-suite bedrooms (including the expansive master bedroom with its own walk-in cupboards and large bathroom). Each of these bedrooms opens up onto the garden and pool area via large glass sliding doors.
The seventh bedroom is in a separate self catering garden apartment.

The upper level has a large wrap-around balcony looking down onto the garden and pool below. This is an ideal area to enjoy leisurely Cape Town summer lunches or relaxing sun-downers as children play in the garden below. The pool is perfect to cool off during long summer days in Cape Town.
